Meet Our Team
Dr. Alan Nili D.O.
As a Board Certified Family Physician, who has been in practice since 1997, I strongly value the practice of preventive care. My medical training from the Columbia Family Practice Program, a part of the Medical College of Wisconsin, prepared me to understand the pathology of disease and how to use modern medicine to treat and support my patients. However, as the years have passed, my experience has proven that prevention is the most powerful tool we have in medicine to care for and to prolong our health and well being.
I strongly believe in educating and teaching my patients the value of preventive medicine by combining lifestyle medicine with traditional medical care. Lifestyle medicine involves applying therapeutic nutrition, prescriptive movement and stress management practices. In order to practice a holistic care approach, clients will receive coaching and treatment from myself, our Licensed Therapist and Health Coach and our Certified Nutritionist.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is here to take care of your medical needs. They work together as a team, so you can relay your questions and concerns to anyone on our staff.
Aida Sadeghi, MS, CNS
As a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), I strongly believe in a holistic approach to nutrition therapy to serve your optimal well being. My philosophy is that food should be both enjoyable and nourishing. That is why I am passionate about educating clients on how to use nutrition therapeutically to achieve their health goals without having to navigate complicated restrictive diets.
To achieve a balanced relationship with food, you eat what’s mostly good for you and also what makes you feel good. Finding that path to a perfect balance of food as fuel and feeling good about what you eat will be unique to each individual. The journey toward balanced nutrition and better health is not a linear path but with the help of a team of experts you can learn how to make nutrition therapy work for you.
My role is to support you and guide you with my knowledge and experience in navigating this complicated journey, so that you can eat well and feel good.
Shaleise Collier, PHD
I’m a Health and Wellness Coach with particular expertise in brain-behavior relationships.
As a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Neuropsychology, my coaching philosophy emphasizes “skill-power”, not will-power, as the key factor to achieving healthier habits and sustainable weight-loss goals. In order to get the most effective results for my clients, I apply research-proven techniques that can provide you with practical tools to take successful steps toward healthier habits and lasting lifestyle changes.
As a coach and mental health professional, I want to support you on your journey to better health and wellness. Part of this health journey is also improving emotional and behavioral health. To create my clients’ holistic wellbeing, my coaching is grounded on evidence-based principles of cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance-commitment therapy and motivational intervention. This means I can help you overcome negative self-talk, self-limiting beliefs and anxiety so you can align your healthy changes and your values to create sustainable lifestyle changes and optimal wellness.
My mission is to help you achieve meaningful goals and step into your best self.
